Scientific Evening 2014

What a lovely night. Scientific Evening 2014 ended successfully. Alhamdulillah. And congratulations to all the committee :)

Well, this is an annual event, tradition involving year one stdnts to perform according to the task given. Last year, dental caries. This time according to department such as Paedetrics, Oral Surgery, Prosthetics and DPH. awesome much. semua tentang gigi. Yela, kami kan bakal duktur gigi. Acewaahhh.

I guess, diorg akan upload kt youtube kot. Sbb batch yg buat ni sgt aktif. Ad blog, ad youtube utk batch diorg. Nnti klu ad, i will add up here. InsyaAllah.

Perform ni, mksdnya kena berlakon. Cth cm Prosthetics. Buatla lakonan apa skalipun asalkn tentang prosthetic and audience boleh faham. And of course la. Prosthetics msti nk cerita pasal denture a.k.a gigi palsu. And group tadi buat ala ala Sherlock Holmes. Kononya denture-wearer meninggal and diorg cari la reasonnya. Rupanya sbb ad arsenic. Not bad. 

Then group DPH- DENTAL public Health. What to expect from DPH? Mstilah tentang public awareness and they successfully deliver the content, facts and also entertaining. Cool much. No wonder la winner! And best props. Ha, diorg cerita la pasal importance on brushing your teeth. At least twice daily ye. Then, stop smoking. Cn lead to oral cancer and most important is. Please observe your eating habit. Hihii.

Then group Paed, OS Em tak larat nak cerita. Cukup la kot. HAHA.

But before end up this post, lets share something about gigi utk semua. #TentangGigi #HidupGigi la kononnya. Ahaks. 

Caries takkan terus wujud. Its developed. Time factor. Jd, jangan sombong kalau malas gosok gigi tetapi gigi tetap kelihatan baik. Sbb by time, tetiba nmpk white spot. Then dh start blackened and berlobang. Wpun boleh restore guna amalgam, composite. Tapi percaya la. Gigi kita yg asal yg tnpa sbrg tampalan2 ni berjuta kali lebih baik. Dan kan seronok takpayah pakai gigi palsu bila dh tua. Hee.

Lagi satu, lepas makan jangan terus gosok gigi. Tunggu at least 30min cmtu ye.. kenapa? Boleh google Stephen's Curve. Haha.

Ok Well. Love dentistry. Falling in love again and always. Hiks.

Bismillah.

My 103 wishes. 103 bukan 143 ilapyou bagai ye.
Simply because of my date of birth. Since forever laa memamg suka no 10. Dri zmn tadika, sekolah rndah, menengah, Sebelum zinedine Zidane pakai 10, sbelum lahir kt alam roh lagi mmg dh suka ngn no 10. Okay yg pasal alam roh tu over.  *lempang satgii. Hehe

Okay. Lets start. **mentang2 esok satu kelas kul 8. Restoration class 5. Dh siap tggal nk minta sign doc je. Pastu cabut balik mlaka cuti cny. Ehehehhh

MY 103 WISHESS~~

#1. Satu family menunaikan umrah. Lagi best klu dgn keluarga suami. Hihiii
#2. Belikan ayh kereta idaman
#3. Satu rak besar so that Dini (my special adik) cn show off all his miniature, robot2 bagai.Bkn rak je, tp serius nk sponsor dia utk beli anything that he wants. Sobs.
#4. Beg Marie Claire pink utk wawa. Sactifice la wpun ak nak jugakkk. kenapa laa takde warna merah instead of coklat buruk tu. Hishhh.  done. gave her blue Marie Claire beg. early Mei 2015 rasanya
#5. Bakery shop/cake house
#6. Adding up more health equipment for parents  Alhamdulillah, so far we have item for checking blood pressure and random blood sugar test. stethoscope, tendon hammer also available since Ive done my GMGS lol . summed up 2015.
#7. Camping with the big family. Last time during 2006 kot. Yg time Tsunami tuu. Missing our good times seriouslyy as a big family, uncles auntiess, cezzs  not yet camping. but done with picnic on January 2015 and big family gathering at A Famosa for raya, July2015
#8. Pay visit to all relatives 
#9. Keep track dgn adik beradik Chinese Ibu. Singaporean. Mana nk cari ni? Haha
#10. Family vacation to Pulau Sipadan/Pulau Perhentian etc
#11. Continue baking more cakes, spent more times kt dapur okay dah ni. haha
#12. Physically fit and emotionally healthy
#13. Istiqamah dlm zumba, revision and diet. Hiihihi. Nk kurus kn?
#14. Nak kulit licin berseri. Pleaseee laaa. Please. Hahaha
#15. Nk jd top-scorer. Takmo malas2. And nk usaha lebih. Hidup utk stdy acewaahh.  no longer in a list.
#16. Wakil MUSTANG utk volleyball. Bila nk g training kt gombak niii... sobs  alhamdulillah selected on Nov 2014, but have to cancel due to my end block exam
#17. Nk jadi duktur gigi yg multiskill and muslimah mukminah. Hehe
#18. Nak kawen tahun 2016. The only perfect friday is either 10/6/16 or 18/11/16.. ntahla. Takpayah nk ikut tarikh sgt la kot. Lg awal lg bagus. Hihii.  saja je nak cancel kan. dont ask ('',)

#19. Backpacking to Europe countries, Istanbul, Georgia, etc. Visit all Islands kt Thailand. Visit Indonesia and not forgotten nk backpacking satu Malaysia. Tp nk naik kereta sndiri. Hehe.
#20. Join APDSA
#21. Make connections with stdnts from other uni  ada la kawan. lol
#22. Always keep in touch with good friends, teachers
#23. Put effort and trying my best for DENSS alhamdulillah. done my part
#24. Nk buat BRACES alhamdulillah, currently a braces wearer since Feb 2015
#25. Nk buat LASIK
#26. Nk collect semua buku Louise Bagshawe and Ahadiat Akshah. SEMUAAA.... no longer in a list. hehe
#27. Nak beli more and more motivational books, biography, academic books, of course more novels english and malay.
#28. Nak beli raket tenis baru  no longer in a list. raket sedia ada pun tak terpakai. haha
#29. Beli kasut volley satu.hehe done. team ASICS. rasanya beli before Sept 2014. couldnt really recall. oh baby asics.
#30. Samsung s3 garnet red. Like forever will always be my favourite choice.  its 2015 yaww. dh ad s6, iphone 6. lol

Oh my god. Too much for one entry. For one night. Its 01:25 am. Have class at 8am. And most important is, kena tdo awal utk maintain remaja dan awet muda. Haktuuiiihhhh. Hehe.

Haishh. Muka berminyak sgt dah. Pardon me. Gonna continue later. Hee. 
Seronokye laa meng-berangan semua inii. InsyaAllah boleh capai. Sooner or later. May Allah ease.

Notakaki : selalu ingat. Kita dapat apa yg kita perlu, bukan apa yg kita mahu kerana Allah itu lebih mengetahui mana yg terbaik utk kita. Simpan kata2 ni slalu kt dlm hati. InsyaAllah. Tenang rasanya :)

benda dah ada, konsisten ada?

Bismillah. Assalamualaikum..

Yeayy! yeayy. dah update blog. kemaen dua post dalam seminggu. Kemaennn.. HAHA. time cuti boleh la rajin gini, ye dak? sambil tgok My Kitchen Rules. iklan je, kita taip laju2. hee.

April 2013. simple gilaa~ sbb time ni mmg taknak serabut2..


Januari 2014. kononn nak ber-iya sikit kali ni. haha




Okay, nampak tu. blog dah ada. dh ber-iya sangat siap gambr org2 yg tersayang pun buat kali pertama nya di-share. jd, teruskan je la ye? benda dah ada, konsisten yg kena usahakan. teruskan la menulis.. dan bercerita tntang hidup awk cik zati. dan yg paling pnting, bila menulis. mengingatkn diri sndiri tntang semua kenangan. dan meng-reflect balik bila baca semuaa entry. InsyaAllah


dan sebenarnya, bila cakap pasal konsisten ni. bukan pasal nak menulis di blog. byk kot isu yg boleh ditarik keluar dri diri sndiri bila pasal konsisten ni. sbb ak mmg bukan org yg konsisten. sobs. 

situasi2 ak yg menunjukkan betapa tak konsistennyaa ak. hehe.
(please jangan tiru. ini bukan tips okayy ! ngehehe)

1. REVISION. obviously la. kalau pasal study. mmg lemah gila. even time nk exam pun, susah oohh nk maintain momentum dok mghadap notes berjam2. sepuluh jam sehari tu cm dh epic gilaa smpai rasa nk belanja diri sndiri coklat almond cadbury 3kg. HAHA. standard 4-5jam. tu pun lama dah.. and kalau bukan exam? mmg idok la mghdap nota. teruk kan? tak bertanggungjawab kn? Sobs. sedar. sedar semuaa tu. Nak berubah la ni.. InsyaAllah.. Mujur Allah kasihkan lagi diri ni...



2. EXERCISE. kemaen nk berzumba. bayar rm50 kot utk 8sesi. tp nk pergi seminggu skali pun malas bila mood malas dh sampai. ye la. mmg agak pricey utk stdnt, tp bolehje kan jogging, training sndiri2... Kata nk kurus. benda ada dh. dwnload video, kelas zumba, tp? konsisten mana?  *guanee nk kurus. Puiihh




3. AMALAN pilihan. oh ye, kata cinta Rasulullah. Nak ikut amalan sunat. nk amalkn 3qul sebelum tdo, kahfi khamis-jumaat, senyum slalu.. mcam2 laa.. tp sudahnya ke laut..



and the list will keep going, which I think cukupla kot memalukan diri sndiri. sobs.

suka plan aktiviti, jadual dan gagal.

gagal sebab apa?

sebab tak konsisten...

dan kadang2 (ok slalu jugak sebenarnya) rasa down dgn diri sendiri. down yg lead to stress and menyampah, tetiba nk lepas kt Amir. eh? Hehe..

Alhamdulillah, tak gila lagi.

sebab apa yg penting sebenarnya, jangan putus asa. 
seperti mana iman kita yg tak konsisten, merangkak utk naik dan menjunam turun bila. apatah plak dgn semangat kita? sekejap semangat gilaaaa, sekejap takde mood, lemah semangat kn?
 so, yg penting. jgn putus asa zati. JANGAN PUTUS ASA 

Tak kisahla mcm mana org perli, org gelakkan.. kemaen plan itu plan ini. even diri sndiri pun rasa tak yakin dgn diri sndiri. seriusly, abaikan semua tuu. dan MOVE ON. kalau failed kali ni, cuba lagi. cuba lagi smpai bila-bila.. Cuba sampai berjaya. sbb hidup ni kn constant struggle zati? 




Hm.. sentap sebenrye bila menaip. sedar diri balik. dan semangat dtg balik. insyaAllah.

dan kalau mood takde balik, lemah semangat.. apa yg penting..

KEEP CALM, never give up and move on.

Aha! Blog? Apa tu? sejenis makanan? coklat ke? ataupun sehelai pakaian?? puihhh. HAHA. Kemaen laa tak meng-update semuaa ni. Haishh.. bkn takde cerita, bkn takde dilema yg ingin diluah. Tp, sbb nk reach Twitter tu lagi senang. nk share kt insta tu lg senang. dan ntah npe note tu cm ssah sgt klu nk accesskt blog. kira cm leceh la. ni pun guna lappy. jd, itu lah alasan yg ada kenapa jarang meng-update.

takde azam pun nk update slalu sbnrye. dlu, sebolehnya. nk la update supaya those good memories, awesome feelings tak hilang cmtu je. tp tu la kn? insta just cn share the picca. caption pnjang2 kang cm over sgt (wpun mmg slalu letak caption pnjg2). jd sudahnya, kena la blog kan? diari pun on off. dan more focus financially je.. Hm Hm..

apa pun. taknak janji. sbb if I cant fulfill it, I will feel bad about me.
